Statement:
California and the Nation are headed in the wrong direction. I’m tired of seeing families in my community struggle to put gas in the car and food on the table. We all know families that need help. It looks like their American Dream is out of reach and fading away. Everything is costing more and now families are just trying to survive. At this rate our children's futures are no longer secure. I hope each of you realizes that current policies have caused this economic disaster. Policies from Washington and Sacramento that I’ve complained about for decades. I’ve had enough! Haven’t you? Your vote will tell Sacramento that you have had enough and are ready to do something about it. I promise that I will work hard for you, your family and community. I believe that you should be able to achieve your American Dream. Here are some of the problems my community has shared with me. We see elected officials having total disregard for our laws. Disobedience is being allowed by DA’s and encouraged by calls to defund the police. We see the result of disobedience and rebellion as people running rampant on our streets, looting and pillaging. My message is simple. Fix the economy, affordable, food, water, housing, gas, electricity and college. Demand Obedience and Accountability from our elected officials. Obey your oath and respect the Integrity of the peoples’ vote!

Question Response Comments/Notes
1. Should California amend its Constitution to remove current limitations and codify abortion until birth as a constitutional right? (e.g., Prop 1, 2022) N* America should return to the Biblical standards that our Nation was founded upon. Abortion is considered murder by the Bible; the inerrant Word of God.
2. Should California require medical providers to undergo “cultural competency courses” on racial politics and sexual and gender identity to have their license renewed by the state? (e.g., AB 2194, 2022) N* God is not a progressive. God did not create race. God created the man and woman.
3. Should California adult citizens be required to pass a background check before buying ammunition? N* There are enough hoops to jump through. Criminals would get past any background check. Law abiding Citizens would be hindered from their 2nd Amendment rights.
4. Should California require high school students to take an Ethnic Studies course that teaches Critical Race Theory before graduating? N* Ethnic studies can be different than CRT and can be taught without being divisive.
5. Should California women’s prisons be required to admit biological males who self-identify as female? N* God created them man and woman.
6. Would you (or did you) support requiring all insurance plans to provide elective surgical abortions for free, with no deductibles or copays copays? (e.g., SB 245, 2022) N
7. Should minors age 15 or older be allowed to consent to vaccines without parental permission? (e.g., SB 866, 2022) N* Parents have a duty to raise a child to the age of legal adulthood.
8. Would you (or did you) support the legalization of loitering for prostitution? (e.g., SB 357, 2022) N
9. Would you (or did you) support the establishment of government-sponsored drug injection centers? (e.g., SB 57, 2022) N
10. Would you (or did you) support legislation prohibiting employers from making hiring decisions based on an employee’s use of cannabis away from the workplace or traces of non-psychoactive cannabis found during drug testing? (e.g., AB 2188, 2022) N* Employers have a right and duty to maintain a safe workplace for all their employees. Hiring/firing by/for drug abuse keeps staff and consumers safe.
11. Should California taxpayers fund transgender treatments for minors, including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex-change operations? (e.g., AB 2218, 2020; AB 2521, 2022) N* child or adult, we should not have to pay for this abomination.
12. Should California require Peace Officers to undergo a “bias evaluation” that includes sexual orientation and gender identity? (e.g., AB 2229, 2022) N* As worded NO. We should not be in this liberal created predicament. Consider this: As a precaution only. Officers would be alerted to the dangers of a member of the public entrapping them. As this would be cause for a lawsuit against their employer. Too many people want to reach into a municipal deep pocket via tort claims.
