It’s an erosion of criminal penalties that will eventually lead to the legalization of prostitution in California. @scott_wiener ,the democrat Senate and Assembly are a danger to public safety, across California. As a police officer, this bill does nothing but, increase Sex Trafficking across our region, while handcuffing local department’s.
